Interview
I applied online to the Bilingual Sales Rep position.
I completed the assessment which was quite lengthy.
The company called me after one month to set up an
interview.
I showed up at the interview and waited there
for about 15 minutes.
The manager that interviewed me was taking
a lot of notes on her ipad.
It was ok with me but a little odd.
I wasn't going to let that distract me but I
think that it did a little.
The questions were basically common to what
everyone is asking.
How did you handle stressful situations at your job?
How did you get through the day?
What would you do if your boss asked you to
do something illegal?
What would you do if one of your co-workers
stole something?
I think I did great on the interview.
I was enthusiastic and relaxed and I answered
the questions properly.
It was fantastic.

Interview
Applied online did video interview and was phone called for in-person interview. Met with manager one on one as she went over my resume that I brought in. Asked about 5 questions in total which were average to difficult. I would say to be prepared to talk about why you want to work for AT&T, how people would describe you, and your experiences being mentored by someone. At the end I was asked to engage in a conversation with a Mandarin speaking associate in Mandarin to assess my fluency.

Interview
Process has been quite lengthy. Applied online followed by an assessment. A month or so later got a pre-screening call to set up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well. Very informative. HM had a good personality, very bubbly and energetic. Told me right then and there that he would be moving forward with me and when would I be available to interview with the district manager. Literally set it up of the next day.
