I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in July 2018
Interview
The interview was not bad. I filled out an app on the at&t careers website and took an assessment test. I received an email to do a video interview in a couple of days. Within a week I was set up to do a face to face interview. The face to face interview wasn't difficult at all. They are looking for customer service oriented people. They do prompts in which you will act like a customer service rep and the hiring manager will act like a customer. If you consider how you want to be treated when calling them that will help you out a lot. (Just be yourself/ If you have it you have it if you don't you just don't)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in five years in the company?
You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
