      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Riverhead, NY) in Feb 2013

      Interview

Background information: this is a premium retail att Company. im 20, been working since i was 16, I have 2 years in phone experience. and 5 years overall of retail experience I got an email from an HR Rep a month ago- we started emailing each other regarding my interest. Then she asked me for a phone interview, she asked me about my experience, places ive worked at, asked me about the competition of the company and how i would approach certain scenarios, which i did great on, she was very nice. that interview was followed by an actual interview 2 weeks later. that interview was great, i had to travel a far distance to get to the interview but it was great. she me asked about my experience, my schedule, what i do outside of work and college, it was a great interview, she, or the company, was very flexible with my schedule as this is my last semester of college. she even said that the company was growing very fast and that there are management opportunities if i excel. the interview was very promising, the commission charts were incredible for att as ive done research before on this position. i just called the HR rep yesterday to get the good news was in that i was locked in for the job, and that at that moment she was requesting a background check, and setting me up for a 2 day training with either the DM or another manager near me. in this conversation earlier she asked me the priority level of this position, i said it was very high, i want to do something i love and it was great importance, and something i wanted to take very seriously. she was thrilled to here that, after the background check goes through ill be in training within the week, next week probably and ill be on my way. Hope this helps :)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

the most difficult questions she asked was probably during the face to face interview, there really was nothing i wasnt prepared to answer, but some questions through me off that i cant really remember, all in all and just spoke what i felt and i did great, wasnt nervous, didnt feel like an interview for me because ive been to many interviews before

      Retail Sales Representative Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Fort Myers, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Fort Myers, FL) in Mar 2022

      Interview

The easiest interview I’ve ever done. I applied on indeed with my resume. 2 days later I get a call from the store manager asking if I was available for an interview the following day to which I said yes. That same day before my interview the manager sends me a tex that I’m literally already hired, but he still wanted to do the interview to put a face to the name. (I previously worked for a year with Cricket and I have currently been two years in Metro by T-Mobile).The following day comes and as scheduled, I do my interview which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes just asking basic questions and explaining a little bit how commission worked and how I was going to get paid. All was done through FaceTime, quick and painless. Later that day, the same day I did my interview I get another text from the manager saying that I start in 2 weeks so I put my 2 weeks at my current job and as this point in time that I’m writing this review I am still waiting to start at AT&T 2 weeks from today
