I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AT&T (San Antonio, TX) in June 2014
Interview
You will first have to go through a testing phase, to make sure you're capable of doing basic skills. You'll then meet with one or two of the floor managers that oversee a team of agents. It's a scripted interview where they ask you hypotheticals, strengths and weaknesses. They'll also allow you some time at the end to ask your own questions. Be prepared to do a role play scenario selling a product. Overall the interview to hire process took a very long time. I believe I interviewed in June and did not get an offer until the end of August.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Houston, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
They use star process. It is a one on one interview. There is a test before. I can't really think of anything else necessary for this interview to know. The interview was with a very dry and ghetto women. Didn't think I had a chance because she was not in to it at all.
