Basic Behavioral interview question pretty easy. Questions were about customer service skills mostly and how to deal with coworkers and management. over all pretty easy interview, the will pause right you answer down and score it of you get a high enough score on all questions you move forward.

Question 1
Name a time you had a difficult customer and how di you resolve their issue
Test first then formal interview. The interview was pretty basic, had no prior technician work but they tech you and make sure your moldable. Process wasn’t too long and started working pretty quickly
It was ok kinda long. Lots of waiting for responses. had to wait awhile for any answers. The process got better when I got a new contact. Once that happened it was much faster
It was a rigorous process that took several days. Prior to interview a knowledge test has to be taken. After passing test, taken to a room to wait until a person conducts one on one interview.
