Interview was simple, 30 min phone screen followed by about 45 min in person. Very general/basic questions. Hire was through a temp agency, so you are not technically employed with the company you work for.

While the set up for interview was painless,
I was told I received an offer from a company and was the top choice. I asked for the offer letter and 24-48 hours to make a decision) Aerotek never provided the offer letter and did not get back to me for four days - By that time the recruiter said I took to long and got defensive when I blamed them for losing me a job. The recruiter felt like a scam and it was very unsettling that my name was now out there as a negative for the company.

Interview
Spoke to my recruiter and went over my resume. Interviewed at location. Submitted background check and drug testing. Walgreens sent offer letter and I filled out my w4 and payment interest.
