The interview was held at the company's workplace in Ontario. I was greeted by a recruiter and from there I talked more about my background and qualifications in order to determine which positions were right for me.

Simple and straight forward. Recruiters were very helpful in finding an available position. The questions asked were your basic interview questions. Recruiters stay in close contact up until it was time to start.

Process took three weeks. Started with a phone screening, typing test, and ended with an interview that could have been done over the phone. Would have appreciated honesty, they said I would get a call and start Monday, but it was obvious they were looking into other applicants.
