Interview
The interview process is composed of mainly behavioral questions. You can expect to list a number of experiences in which you have had to deal with adversity, perseverance, time management, etc. Be prepared to give complete and full examples. They do a good job at explaining the position and making sure you are the right candidate for the job. You have to be aggressive and proactive in this position and that is the kind of examples they want you to provide.

What is the hardest thing you have ever had to accomplish and how did you deal with it?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
