Interview
A recruiter set up a phone interview with me which was about 45 minutes long, she was very open and helpful. From there, she invited me to an interview at the office. Went through a two hour long interview with 3 different people. The first person I met with, the director of sales, was extremely nice and seemed like a great person to work with. The next two were not so great, not warm or inviting, and seemed to want to discourage you from working there.

Tell me about a time where you gave it your all for something and failed
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
