I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
Whole experience was amazing until it came to actually hearing back after everything. Got an email to set up an initial phone call, all of about ten mins just so basic questions about my job background and what I’m looking for. Set up an actual phone interview for the next day, took about 30 minutes, went well. Next day called and set up and interview for a couple days later for another person over the phone. Went well as well. Set up an in person interview for a couple days later. The recruiter called me and prepped me for the interview before. Actual interview was great as well, basic STAR questions, definitely think of questions to ask for all interviews. I was told I’d be a great candidate and that I’d be hearing from them soon. Sent follow up emails, again got told we will be chatting soon back. Actual day I’m supposed to hear nothing. Call and leave recruiter a voicemail, then after not hearing anything call the person that would be my manager a voicemail and nothing. No email or anything. Very unprofessional to not follow up and at least say you went with someone else.
Make sure you do your research on the company, and to have questions prepped like I mentioned earlier.

It was a great experience and I was asked your normal interview questions. I had a follow up interview the same week and was hired on at that second interview

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and personable. It actually was one of my favorite interviews considering my recruiter was genuine and transparent. During the second interview I was treated out to lunch and that really made an impression on me.

Question 1
How long did you work for in your last position held?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Arlington, VA) in June 2019

Because they were not thinking deeply about the interview, they failed to notice when they gave a bad or rambling answer. Underprepared people often ask superficial questions that would not be asked by someone better prepared. The “C student” gets ruled out in that moment, but fails to notice because the hiring manager will almost always answer their idiotic question politely. Consequently, the “C student” often walks out of an interview thinking they nailed it. This was a good interview
