I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Honolulu, HI) in May 2019
Interview
First i had an informal interview with the lead sales executive. He wanted to get an idea of who i was and my background. After that, things started to get very cloudy. He told me to show up for a more formal interview at the office. When i showed up, i was being introduced to people, being told i was doing a half day to get an idea of how the office works. Some people told me i was there for a half day then others told me i was there for the formal interview. As tight knit of a group as i thought they were, it seemed a lot more unorganized after i had left. I enjoyed the people there, but the organization was off from the get go. I went in initially to find a job, not even to work for aerotek. But they insisted i applied for a sales position with them. After this lengthy process i'm currently still looking for a job and they have not gotten back to me on why i was initially there... to find a job. Thanks Aerotek, for wasting my time.

What do you look for in a company?

Question 1
How do I feel about a high intense work place? That is highly competitive?
Conversation was long. One thing I remember was that I was assured feedback either way. Feedback that never came. It was strange to brag and insist you always get back to someone when you don't.
Was not given much information, very vague answers to questions and did not ask any questions. Interviewer did not attempt to get to know me, just what I was looking for.
