Interview
I had a phone interview initially and was then asked to do a half-day. I sat in for about an hour with recruiters and had the opportunity to see what happens on a day-to-day basis. I then interviewed with two account managers. I was then called for a third interview with the director of business operations. I was then called the following week with an offer.

Question 1
Questions asked during the interview are Behavioral and situation questions. Most questions asked start out with "Tell me", "Explain to me", or "Describe to me".
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
