I was scheduled for a phone screen last week with Natalie DiDesidero, Senior Internal Recruiter from the New Jersey location. It was scheduled for 9am and I received no call. I waited until 10am, reached out to her and without her acknowledging she missed the appointment, we carried on with the conversation. During the phone screen, not only was she condescending, she also seemed distracted and uninterested. Because I have experience recruiting and interviewing with my previous employer, I think it is necessary this is brought to someone's attention. I believe I was not given a fair shot in the interview process and suggest the company selects their recruiters a little more wisely.

Question 1
"Do you even have experience in this role you're applying for?"
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
