The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Beaverton, OR)
Interview
Applied on their website and then was reached out through email to set up a phone screen. Ended up being a five minute conversation that consisted of zero substance. Was told I would be scheduled for a more formal email for the next week. Then received a rejection email. I don’t think I was given a fair shot but maybe I didn’t WOW them within the five minutes of their time I had. Just FYI, recruiter trainees start at $15/hr not the $40k/year base salary as advertised.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Lowell, IN) in July 2024
Interview
Easy two-step phone interview! Nice woman I spoke to, who explained her history with the company and how she moved up to recruiting. Our convo was personal and comfortable. Can’t wait to start here!
I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2020
Interview
2 phone interviews, 1 interview through camera, and an in person interview. All took about 45 minutes discussing the roll, past experience, and what the company is like. In person interview was 2 hours with a shadowing included.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek in July 2020
Interview
The interview was via webex due to covid. It was like 3 rounds. As long as you’re confident and able to talk about your sales/customer service experience you will be fine. Also be able to talk about what drives you and what your personal goals are
