I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me after I applied for a recruiter/sales trainee position, saying that she saw I applied and wanted to talk to me about that specific position. I responded to her within a couple hours and we set up an appointment for the day after. When she called, she told me the position I applied for wasn't available, and told me there was a sourcing position in a different location available instead, which caught me a bit off guard because she literally emailed me the day before explicitly asking to talk about the recruiting role. She then started asking me questions about the sourcing role, which I wasn't prepared to answer because I prepped for a recruiting role interview. She then said if I was still interested in learning more about the sourcing role, which I told her I was, she'd email me the job description and we'd go from there. Despite being caught off guard, I was still interested in learning more about the role because it'd be a good way to get my foot in the door. She never got back to me. Very unprofessional.
the interview process is one screen with the talent acquisition specialist then an interview with the director then a half day onsite interview where you shadow some of the team members
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Covington, KY)
Interview
Two interviews one as a phone screening the second in person. This was a mess of a process and I was ghosted even thought they told me to meet for lunch and did not tell me it was canceled until after I asked where they were. Completely unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Des Moines, IA)
Interview
It was fin but it was not as formal as I would have thought with the follow through. I didn't hear from them for a while after interviewing. Then randomly got an offer and didn't receive much follow up.
