I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Chattanooga, TN) in July 2013
Interview
You are made to wait in the lobby, even if you arrive beforehand or are on time, before you are taken into the biggest conference room that they have available. You will sit with the senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) and an Account Manager (AM). Either will ask you questions and at the end you are asked to fill out another application form if they forgot to ask you while you were waiting.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and personable. It actually was one of my favorite interviews considering my recruiter was genuine and transparent. During the second interview I was treated out to lunch and that really made an impression on me.

The “C student” gets ruled out in that moment, but fails to notice because the hiring manager will almost always answer their idiotic question politely. Consequently, the “C student” often walks out of an interview thinking they nailed it. This was a good interview
