Interview
The interview started with a phone screening and then a phone interview which consisted mainly of behavioral and resume review questions. I then went in and interviewed with the Director, this was a comfortable interview where we did an in-depth review of my resume. The second face-to-face interview was with two Account Managers. This was also a rather comfortable interview that consisted of a good amount of behavioral questions. The final stage was a shadow day where I went into the office for a few hours and spent time with a couple Recruiters and then had another interview at the end.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
