Interview
Interview process is rather intense or at least for this location. You first start with a phone interview, then you will do a half day. Well the half day is rather boring, you're sitting off to the side watching a recruiter doing his job at making phone calls and that's basically it. After your half day the bring you back in for an interview for with the manager of the office. Interview could have lasted like 30 minutes for all the questions but it's drug out for like 2 hours. After that interview they bring you back in to do an interview with the regional district manager. Again another interview that should only last like 30-45 minutes but last another 2 hours. All together you've done 4 interviews.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
