Easy going but know your history on the company and have an updated resume. Also, it can be long from phone interviews to regional interviews to corporate interviews. Always follow up.

Interview
I was initially contacted by phone about a potential contract position and had a very brief phone interview. I then was contacted again about a month or two later that a position was indeed available. I then had a more lengthy phone interview. At the culmination of that interview, I was asked to come in for a face-to-face meeting and was given the position.
