I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Normal, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter via email through which we attempted to arrange an initial phone interview. The recruiter seemed very unorganized. I informed her numerous time through email of my available times in which I could speak with her, yet she repeatedly called me during the times in which I had clearly stated that I was unavailable. We continued to play phone tag for a little over a week until finally I was able to reach her. Our conversation was very short, lastly a little over 5 minutes. She seemed to care less about interviewing me but seemed more interested in pointing out how tough the job market is and that I should be prepared for repeated rejection. I gave it my all. At the end of out brief conversation she said that she was going to email me a description of the job so that I would "know what I was really getting myself in to". I never received any such email. I emailed her two other times after asking for said job description, both of which went unanswered. If this is how they treat their potential future employees, than I am glad that the interview process ended there. Due to this negative experience, Aerotek is the last place I would want to work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What so you want to be; what career do you see yourself in?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Question 1
What motivates you?
What’s your “why”?
Are you a go-getter?
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
