So far I have had 2 interviews, both over the phone. First one was a screening interview while the second was with the department head and the hiring manager for the position. It was a panel phone interview- which was a first for me. Although unfamiliar I think it went really well. Both interviewers were relatable and friendly. Turns out I have actually met one of them through a former employer. The timeline I feel has been very standard. One week I applied, the next I had a Screening interview and the week after that (this week) I had the panel interview and should bear back in a few days. Hoping to hear back soon, I feel like I really clicked with them and few it would be a great fit. I will update the post as I continue on.
