Easy process and moved rather quickly. Inter view with Human resources rep and senior manager. 2 hour interview with short tour of building, brief overview of company. HR rep summarized a brief description of company benefits.

Many questions asked on Analytical capabilities, software skills. programming skills, details on programming skills, highlights of prior projects, teamwork and individual contributor expectations. Asked to go into specific detailed on prior projects. Discuss strength and eaknesses as well as career aspirations. Not many questions on culture fit nor forthcoming on company and environment.
