One of the toughest interviews I have ever given. Total 4 rounds of interviews. Total time taken by company is one and half months.
1st Round: taken by HRBP leader and I have cleared it.
2nd Round: another HRBP leader took and cleared it.
3rd Round(Ops Round): Taken by HR operations senior manager. Took 1 hours of round and we have gone through all types of questions in HR. Given one assignment to submit and I have submitted the dashboard within 24 hours.
Final round: Taken HR head for 15 mins and I got rejected without any reasons being provided.
Followed up for a week to get reason for rejection. Finally got some absurd reason and clearly the HR head does not have any knowledge about HRO. When I asked about my roles and responsibilities if I get selected so he said “HRBP works in front and HRO works in black-end”. As I strongly believe he will take some nearer and dearer person for that position. Otherwise it’s rare of rarest case to be seen rejected in final round after clearing ops round.
