Amazon Account Executives interview questions

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

I would say that they make you jump through hoops just for the opportunity to talk to someone. If you can't convince that individual during a 30-minute interview thereafter that you're qualified for the job, you'll receive a RTI and there's no engagement thereafter. I get that Amazon wants the best of the best and the stakes are high. But it was a lot of legwork just to talk to one person who can make or break everything.
