I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Indore) in Oct 2025
Interview
How to describe a process that is left midway without any information. A candidate is scheduled for a few rounds of interviews, and after the initial phone screening round, no info is shared except for 1-liner emails stating, "We will keep you posted," and then after a couple of follow-up emails and calls, the candidate is informed that, "Oh, sorry, we have hired another person and are no longer continuing with the interview." Waste of 3 weeks of candidates' time and recruiters so busy that they don't even have the basic courtesy to inform via a simple email or call.
