Amazon Developmental Editor interview questions

After a phone screen, they flew me out to Seattle for in-person interviews with 4 different members of the editorial team. It was a 5 or 6 hour process in a dim little conference room, and someone had to escort me to the break room and/or bathroom when I needed water and/or the restroom. They were very concerned about what you would do if you couldn't meet a deadline, which made me think they are overworking their employees.
