Leadership principal based pre set question bank, very little technical probing. Looking for STAR format, follow ups tend to be aimed at lessons learned or knowledge sharing. Probably 3/4 questions in total, the interviewer was a manager.

There’s two interviews one with a senior tech and one with the area manager. Questions asked are based on their principles and wanting answered in star format. They only ask two questions per interview.
2 separate online interviews after you pass the aptitude tests, lots of mechanical and electrical based questions ie how to use a multimeter, how does a motor work, can you read a wiring diagram
