Convocation avec plusieurs entretiens de 45 minutes chacun de différentes personnes en lien avec le poste qui vont évaluer les compétences et comportements du candidat en suivant les Leadership Principles d'Amazon. Ils poseront des questions de mise en situation/comportement. Utilisation de la méthode STAR (situation-task-action-results) pour répondre en donnant de la data pour justifier (important).

Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
