I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2025
Interview
In my experience, the process felt pretty straightforward. It started with a resume review, then a quick screening call just to talk through my background and why I was interested. After that, there was a more in depth interview where I shared real examples of how I’ve handled customers and solved problems. I also had a small practical task to show how I’d respond in a real situation. The final step was more of a conversation around team fit before references and the offer. Overall, it was smooth and really focused on communication, empathy, and how you think through problems.
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
All the best to everyone going for the interview.
fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
