I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Apr 2026
Interview
The phone screening is in a similar format to other interviews in the sense that they hold a zoom meeting, ask you questions about your experience and and how you have used/are using the leadership principles in your professional life. If you qualify, they will send you into the interview loop.
Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in June 2020
Interview

Question 1
Me conte uma vez que você tinha uma opinião diferente do seu chefe. Como você conduziu a situação?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR, then had a phone interview with the a member of the team. After that 30-45 min phone call interview, I was brought in to do the final in-person interview. It was a "loop" of behavioral-based questions around their leadership principles. I interviewed with different people for 45 mins each.
My concern is that their process for the in-person interviews is a bit repetitive. Overall I'd be happy to interview with them again.
