First, I completed an online assessment with situational style questions on how I would handle situations at work, then an online assessment on Excel to assess my ability using the software. After I passed these stages, I was screened for a 1-hour interview (2 consecutive 30 minutes interview). The questions were about the leadership principles, and I had to give examples of previous experiences.
