Had an initial telephone interview which explored my experience and interest in the role and amazon. The questions around my experience were competency based and were based on amazons leadership principles. After passing the telephone interview I was invited for a face to face interview at the London HQ in Holborn. This consisted of 4 different one on one interviews with different recruiters at amazon. Again the questions were competency based and answers were explored in detail. Each interview lasted approximately 40 minutes.
