30 minute initial phone interview, invited back for final round interview at the office consisting of 4 30-minute interviews. All interviewers were very friendly, one general interview about overall company. The next three were more intense, asking hypotheticals, referring to the ten leadership principles

STAR format is everything. They care a ton about data. Do research on their leadership principles. The scenario questions they ask will be centered around these principles. Also do research on AWS and the cloud service and what it offers to their clients.
