I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Milwaukee, WI) in Sept 2016
Interview
Two back to back 45 minute solely behavioral questions and a few situational questions. Very centered around leadership experience and how you would manage groups of people under various circumstances. They asked questions like, "Why Amazon?" "Tell us about a time when your team was performing very high but you pushed them to go above and beyond?"

Question 1
Mark and Jane both work at your distribution center but Mark works under you and Jane works under another Area Manager. They both carpool together and have been arriving 15 minutes late to work for a while. You dock Mark because he has not been punctual lately, however the other Area Manager has not been docking pay from Jane because she is a very loyal associate and has been with Amazon for many years. Mark comes to you frustrated because Jane isn't getting penalized while he is. How would you handle this situation?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
