tests mathématiques en ligne
un entretien téléphonique (fit + motivation, simulation de vente "vendre sur amazon")
puis une demie journée avec 4 entretiens dans les bureaux d'Amazon ( simulation de vente "expédié par amazon", entretien RH, entretien avec un manager, entretien d'analyse avec un petit cas type market sizing).
C'est un poste junior, mais pas mal d'expérience en vente est attendue. Beaucoup de questions autour de la capacité commerciale auxquelles il faut répondre avec des données chiffrées.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
