      Interview

A phone screen is the first step to test English and communication skills for both understanding and clarity of expression. If the phone screen is positive, then 2 interviews follows, usually scheduled in the very next few days, depending also on candidate's availability.

      Question 1

Questions are mainly based on candidate's previous experience and focused on overall outcomes of candidate's actions in the given situation. No brain teasers or any tricky question. Not much attention is paid to the info contained in the CV but the focus is rather on candidate's actions/reactions and the results he/she was able to deliver.
