Interview
Initial written requirement that involved personal selections and choice of businesses that you liked and why. Seemed oddly opinion-based for a pre-interview screen.

Question 1
A number of questions that seemed related to the work of other departments. Not being an employee of the company, it was difficult to accurately answer, not to mention why such questions were being asked.
Had a phone screen with the hiring manager, then a call with the recruiter where they explained the loop process. Had a loop interview of about 5 hour-long calls spread over two days.

4 rounds of 1 hour interviews based on examples of previous job situations where you applied Amazon's Leadership Principles. Usually, each interviewer asks 3/4 questions based on 2 Leadership Principles.
