Applied on linkedin, phone screen same day, first round was hiring manager interview, second round was a mocking presentation, tech problems. Did not make it the third round. During the 2nd round of interview, I feel like the interviewers were hostile and aggressive. maybe that is what they tried to be as the clients can be crazy sometimes. But as having not experienced any Chinese coworkers, I forgot how rude they can be sometimes. So I was scared and did not like the team immediately. Glad I did not pass honestly. They are mostly looking for someone with Tech sales experiences. Basically a CS person who can speak to normal people.

Thé interview process was fine, however the follow up could be better coordinated by the recruiters and HR. All in all, the interview process is long so come prepared. You have the option of splitting the final interview to 2 days or finish all 4 interviews , each 40(ish) minutes in one single day.
