Same day by 10pm happened US manager round with mostly questions on SDLC
After 1 week they announced that i didnt clear the interview after calculating Pros and Cons by panel.
They are conducting the same process every week. Candidate who came for interview felt like they are not selecting any candidate but conducting interview every week. I too felt the same.
If a condidate is not fit they should be intimated by atleast 3rd or 4th round. Why conducting 7 rounds if they are not fit. Wasted 2 weekends and a day for this interview.

Ancient- the way the entire interview was handled, the questions asked, and the conversations reminded me of applying for an associate-level position. The interviewer went on to say, "Try to break the code, that's what QA is supposed to do." I agree that it is part of the job, not the entire job.
