Entirely online, no humans involved, so it was actually fair. Several "games" such as sorting, stacking, etc. They were timed and scored and at the end of them, you found out whether or not you did OK. i.e., it made an immediate offer. All hiring should be done this way. It's the only way to avoid bias. Kudos AMZN.
