I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Ontario, CA) in June 2014
Interview
There was a phone interview, followed by 4 separate in-person interviews back to back. Each one had a different role in the company including Operations, HR, Customer Service, etc. I also had to complete a math flow question and wright a few short case study question responses, which were reviewed with me during one of the interviews.
