There is no interview you just have to meet some team members in person, fill out tax records and take mouth swab drug test, once you pass drug test you can start on your selected start date
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
