I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in July 2019
Interview
Applied online and got in touch with a recruiter to set up a virtual on site interview. He gave me all the material needed to prepare. 2 weeks later I had 3 back to back phone interviews with 3 Senior Managers. They were really friendly, and interview questions were nothing out of the ordinary. Just be yourself, and be inquisitive. I even asked them about their personal preferences, and asked for feedback which caught them by surprise, and they gave it to me. Use a lot of numbers, they love when you use % and how you improved something. This web site has everything you need to prepare, I used it.
2 weeks later I got a message that my position was filled, but I was recommended for the same position in a different city, and offer was made immediately.

Question 1
Signed NDA so I can't reveal them, but trust me when I say that questions are nothing out of the ordinary questions.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
