I have an overwhelmingly negative impression of this organization based on my interview process. Phone call with Recruiting Coordinator, Phone screen with a team member, phone call with a recruiter, scheduled on-site that did not happen. The onsite was scheduled, flight confirmed, schedule for the day confirmed. I arrive at the airport for my flight to find out it was cancelled. I have yet to receive any information or communication AT ALL about what happened. It is extremely unprofessional of them and really undercuts the emphasis on the leadership principles. From what I see, that is a complete lip service and does not actually trickle through the corporation. I wasted my time preparing a presentation. I wasted my money getting to the airport. I have no idea what happened or where this stands because there is no communication from the recruiting team.
