I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
The Senior Business Analyst interview process at Amazon was a rigorous six-round ordeal. It began with a phone screening to assess initial qualifications. The subsequent rounds included a technical interview to evaluate SQL proficiency and data analysis skills, a hiring manager interview to discuss experience and alignment with Amazon's culture, and a bar raiser round to gauge overall fit and potential. The final two rounds were behavioral, focusing on Amazon's 14 leadership principles and assessing the candidate's ability to solve complex business problems. The process was demanding but rewarding, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's suitability for the role.
