The company has multiple interviews, quizzes, and steps to check on your personality and if it would fit the company. It takes it time but overall it is worth the shot.

Smooth overall. I get in contact with HR, I had first video interview with basic logical question. Succesfully passed first part then I had a panel interview 3x30 minutes with different manager on Amazon leadership principles.

Tell me a situation in which you demonstrated ownership.
Test per conoscenze generali in cui erano presenti diverse sezioni per comprendere il tuo tipo di comportamento nel caso ti trovassi in quelle situazioni (ambiente manageriale). Successivamente sono state presenti delle sezioni su analisi dati per capire se fossi in grado di risolvere brevi esercizi
Es wurden lediglich die Führungsprinzipien von Amazon abgefragt. Dazu sollte man Beispiele aus seinen Leben nennen. Es war sehr einfach und leicht machbar. Darüber hinaus gab es keine Fragen. Es gibt sogar ein Training was man davor online wahrnehmen kann. Deshalb muss man sich wirklich nicht sorgen.
