Me pasaron un cuestionario online más que todo de aptitudes, y luego realicé una entrevista telefónica con la supervisora del equipo al que entraría. La entrevista duró aproximadamente una hora y la entrevistadora fue muy sompática y escuchó con atención todas mis respuestas.

Question 1
Me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia, y me hicieron un ejercicio de simulación como si estuviese captando un nuevo cliente.
Lots of preparation needed but good for self reflection. Required to take a test and have multiple screenings before loop interview. STAR method advised when answering questions and lots of preparation tools given ahead of loop.

Interview
Four one hour interviews back to back. Questions about their leadership principles in each one. Quite disorganized, as the interviewers didn’t know what role I was interviewing for. Some awkward interviewers but the second half of them were much better. One interview with two people, one of them qualifying to become an interviewer.
Phone interview with 2 members of the team hiring for the role. First 10 minutes of the call they were describing the role and it was significantly different than how it was defined in the job description.
