The hiring process at Amazon is a quick step-by-step process with one online assessment, through a third-party platform, a phone screen with some Math questions, an onsite interview with Math flow, etc.

There were a total of 3 rounds of 45 mins each and questions were all based on leadership principles. Each interview focused on asking questions on 2 leadership principles. Bar raiser was the only one who was asking more in depth questions about the story.
