2 rounds of 2 interviews. It was done on campus and it goes quickly.
Most of the questions are behavioral such as : Tell a time when you showed leadership? When were you innovative? It is a string of questions for which your responses have to be aligned with the 10 leadership principles

Interview
First day: Two 1:1 behavioral interviews. That same day they shortlist for next-day interviews
Second day: Other two 1:1 behavioral interviews and they make the decision that same day.
Sponsorship issues are still being worked out, so I don't have a definitive offer yet. But other classmates got their answers (positive and negative) the very same day of the interview.
