Despite the many negative comments I read about the interview process, mine wasn't that bad. The technical phone interview was decent. The interviewer, a veteran in the company, was nice and he actually read my resume. He asked questions related to my experience and also 3-4 behavioral questions (most positive / negative customer experience, situation when you didn't meet the deadline etc.) It's good to know the following: scalability, elasticity, cloud migration process, HA and DR, MPP, data modeling concepts, database performance tuning and indexing options. Most questions are general, however be prepared to go in detail and elaborate your answer (pros and cons, most common use cases etc.)
